I’ve been fascinated by psychology since I was 15 years old. Growing up, home felt chaotic. My parents did their best, but everyday life often felt heavy and unpredictable, and I found myself searching for answers. When I took Intro to Psychology in Grade 11, something clicked. I wanted to understand what was happening, why people struggle, and how healing is actually possible.
Over time, that original curiosity evolved. What began as a desire to “fix” what hurt has become a purpose-driven path rooted in wholeness, growth, and deep compassion. I’ve devoted my life to understanding the human experience — the mind, the body, emotions, patterns, and what it truly means to live in alignment with more peace, clarity, love, and vitality.
Experience & Education
My post-secondary journey began in 2012 when I graduated from Sheridan College (Davis Campus) with a three-year Child & Youth Worker Advanced Diploma. Since then, I’ve worked across many areas of social services, including youth and corrections, homeless shelters, respite services, day programs for individuals with developmental disabilities, nature-based children’s programming, and with the Peel District School Board as an Educational Assistant supporting children with behavioural and developmental needs.
Across every role, one thing has always mattered most: connection. I’ve seen again and again that meaningful change starts when people feel safe, seen, and understood. For me, this isn’t “just a job.” It’s part of who I am and what I’m here to do.
I’m currently completing my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Laurentian University, and I plan to continue my studies with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology.
A little more about me
Outside of coaching and school, you’ll usually find me reading, practicing yoga, spending time with those I love, listening to music, dancing, watching Japanese anime, spending time with my cats, camping, swimming, cooking and growing my own vegetables.
My mission
I believe we’re here to help one another, and one of the most powerful ways we do that is by becoming more self-aware, curious, and open to receiving more for ourselves — more peace, health, joy, and freedom. When we learn to come home to ourselves, we naturally become the kind of people who uplift others too.
If you feel called to live more consciously and more connected to who you truly are, I’d love to support you. I am offering a FREE Clarity Call.
