I’m Kylie Stafford, a Mindset & Wellness Coach devoted to helping individuals cultivate mindfulness, resilience, and emotional awareness so they can live consciously and thrive. Together, we turn self-awareness into practical habits, emotional steadiness, and confident action.
My mission is to guide others toward lives that feel authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with their deepest values. I believe that true transformation begins with awareness — and that everyone has the power to create meaningful change by connecting with themselves.
My approach to coaching is rooted in positive psychology, mindfulness, and mindset-shifting practices. I also integrate somatic tools such as gentle yoga, breathwork, and mindful presence to help you connect with your physical body and learn to read your body's signals. I believe that true growth emerges from mind-body connection.
I work collaboratively with you to help you build deeper self awareness which includes but is not limited to: identifying your strengths, leaving limiting beliefs behind, identifying and regulating your emotions, building healthy habits, and developing strategies for achieving your goals.
My intention is to guide you in evolving your consciousness in order to live in alignment with your truth.



I offer one-on-one coaching sessions and will soon be launching my in-person Mindfulness Workshop.
