My Approach

I offer a unique and personalized approach to my Life Coaching, blending education, professional experience, and my own person practices such as yoga, breathwork and self-reflection. Together, we’ll embark on a journey of self-discovery, transformation, and growth in a safe and supportive space. Here’s what you can expect:


Building a Strong Foundation: We’ll start by exploring your mindset, beliefs, and thought patterns to uncover your mental roadmap that creates your day-to-day experiences, as your perception is essentially your reality.


Tailored Practices: I use a combination of mindfulness techniques such as self-reflection and emotional awareness, cognitive psychology, and my intuitive approach to design sessions just for you. These resources help create personalized tools that guide you in understanding yourself better and meeting your specific needs.  


Empowering Inner Wisdom: The answers lie within you. My role is to help you recognize and trust your inner truth, transforming self-doubt into empowerment.


Practicing Presence and Calm: Learn techniques such as breathwork and body awareness to calm your nervous system, manage stress, deepen emotional understanding, and strengthen inner peace. 


Shifting to Gratitude: Together, we’ll shift your perspective from negativity to appreciation, enhancing resilience and well-being.

What We Focus on Together

Our sessions explore key areas of your life to help you achieve awareness, balance, and fulfillment:


Daily Habits: Identify patterns and shift toward meaningful routines. What are you doing every day that is creating your reality? "We are what we do, not what we say we'll do". -Carl Jung


Stress Management: Develop techniques to create calm and balance. Additionally, I will challenge you on your current beliefs about your stress, as our beliefs about something is what creates the experience of "stress", in this particular situation.


Mindset Blocks: Your belief about something is what creates your experience. It is up to you in terms of how you want to feel about a situation. 


 Relationships: Strengthen your connection with yourself and others by developing self-awareness, setting healthy boundaries, and communicating your feelings and needs effectively in both personal and professional relationships. Learn how to protect your energy, navigate challenges with compassion, and create deeper, more fulfilling connections. 


Personal Fulfillment: Discover what brings you joy and align your life accordingly. When we talk about the things we enjoy the most in life, our energy increases within our field. I help you to become more in-tune with that inner guidance system to better navigate your life from a more intuitive place.


Physical and Emotional Well-Being: If this is in your ability to do so: Cultivate movement and stillness practices to nourish your mind and body. Drawing from my own experiences with various forms of movement, I will help you discover the practice that suits you best—enhancing your vitality, emotional regulation,  energy, circulation, and breath.
